How to use Gridfox

When someone invites you to their Gridfox project, you will be immediately able to collaborate and work with others to share information and get things done as a team.

Gridfox is made up of lots of Projects. Project Admins create and configure the projects that you will see as a user.

TIP

You can access your projects at any time by going to the home screen, which you can access by clicking on the Gridfox icon.

Projects are made up of tables, records and screens.

Tables are similar to spreadsheet worksheets. They are made up of fields and records, where fields can be thought of as columns, and records as rows. Your Project Admin will have set up the tables and fields for the project. You can then go ahead and create and view records.
